Gereja Blenduk

Was located in Street Lt Gen Suprapto No.32. was the building that had the style of Phantheon architecture was established during 1753 as the first church in Semarang and was restored in 1894 by the Dutch architect named HPA de Wilde and Westmaas. Acknowledged as Gereja Blenduk because of the form of his turret that like the slice of the ball, so as the person said “mblenduk”. His building had the shape of the uniform octagon (hexagonal) with the uniqueness of his interior. As one of the old buildings in the Kota Lama environment that often was visited by tourists and now is the place of religious duties
